  • The DRE forklift wheelie bin Tipper is simply fitted to the forklift truck forks, and with the aid of a manual winch mechanism, allows the wheelie bins to be picked up and emptied without the need for manual handling, thus reducing risk of injury whilst increasing Health & Safety on site. The wheelie bin handler simply picks up the wheelie bin via the bins handle, and by means of a pull cord attached to the wheel and the other end fed through the winch, the wheelie bin will pivot forward allowing the lid to open once the forklift mast is raised and the winch mechanism is operated.
  • The DRE Hydraulic Wheelie Bin Tipper is designed to lift and tip a standard 240 Litre Wheelie Bin at a discharge height of 1250mm and would have a Safe Working Load of 250 Kgs. The Hydraulic Wheelie Bin Tipper is constructed from mild steel with and is designed to be either fixed or mobile on castors.
  • The DRE large forklift wheelie bin Tipper is used for lifting and emptying 660 to 1100 litre wheelie bins safely with the use of a forklift. The wheelie bin contents are emptied by positioned the wheelie bin against the side of the waste receptacle and by driving forward the forklift until the bin rotates to the required angle to empty.
