• A quick and easy, standalone, barrel stacking solution, each pallet can store 2 barrels. The units can be aligned horizontally and stacked vertically. Barrels can also be moved once on the pallet using the forklift docking pockets. Manufactured from zinc-dipped steel, the pallets are twist free and have reinforced support edges. (Can be used with the Drum Filling Station 2271) As standard as galvanised.
  • The 2263 is designed for the vertical storage of barrels and drums. Complete with a built in oil and watertight drain pan, the barrels stand on robust steel grates that are removable for cleaning and maintenance. Each unit can store 2 barrels and the unit can be moved around site using a forklift via the docking pockets or crane via a chain.
  • The 2211 is a forklift attachment for lifting, loading and moving plastic and steel barrels safely and reliably. Designed to managed volumes of 120L - 220L the barrel grab can be adjusted to fit round, square and conical barrels. With a stabilising rubber barrier to avoid damage to the barrel, the unit is of robust construction.
  • The 2212 offers the ability to lift, load and move up to 2 barrels (L-ring, clamping ring cover, beaded barrel, square barrels etc) at a time. Constructed from steel sections and braces, the zinc dipped grab mechanisms provide a high clamping force. The grab mechanisms are screwed to the unit for easy removal for maintenance of replacement of parts. With a stabilising rubber barrier to avoid damage to the barrel, the unit is of robust construction.
  • The 2215 is designed for the transportation of metal and plastic L-ring barrels and comes with one, two or three height adjustable grab heads. The barrel is loaded onto the unit from the top edge and automatically releases the barrel once set down onto a solid surface. The holding jaws have a dense rubber coating and protect the barrels from damage.
  • The 2216 is a forklift mounted attachment for lifting and transportation of ring and beaded barrels. When positioned under the bead groove, the grab will open with light pressure to fit the barrel. It will then clamp around the circumference of the barrel to ensure secure lifting/transportation.
  • The forklift attachment for transporting drums is available in a version for 1 or 2 plastic drums. The jaws of the drum lifter open automatically when the drums are set down. Includes chain to prevent unintentional slipping.
  • Designed to enable lifting of drums that are laying down, the grab is positioned over the lying barrel and locked into place with a grabbing hook. Two rubber plugs on each end secure the barrel without damage. The attachment is fixed to the forklift prongs with wing screws.
  • Designed for use with a forklift using docking pockets or a crane via chains on the crane hook, the 2231 is suitable for moving, tipping and turning barrels and waste containers of up to 240L. The barrels are held in place by a prismatic steel sheet and tensioning belt. The tipping procedure operated using the crank handle or chain pulley – dependent on which version is being used.
  • The 2235 is designed for moving, tipping and turning beaded barrels secured by clamp at the top and bottom edge of the barrel, with a steel belt which secures the middle. The tipping procedure is operated via hand crank or chain pulley depending on the version.
  • The 2235 is designed for moving, tipping and turning beaded barrels secured by clamp at the top and bottom edge of the barrel, with a steel belt which secures the middle. The tipping procedure is operated via hand crank or chain pulley depending on the version.
  • The 2236 is the ideal equipment for transportation of up to 2 barrels at a time using the rope pull at the drivers seat. The rope is used for ‘tipping’ the lying barrel and the barrel turning unit is used for picking up vertically standing barrels – the barrel is then tipped using the forklift. The unit will automatically lock the barrel in place when it is at an 8 degree angle.
