Deliveries & Returns

We currently deliver to all of Ireland, including both the Republic of Ireland (ROI) and Northern Ireland (NI).

Our standard delivery charge is €20 per order.

Note: For larger or bulky items, please contact us directly before placing your order to confirm shipping arrangements and costs.

Delivery typically takes 3–5 working days once your order has been processed.
For made-to-order items, lead times will be communicated at the time of purchase.

We do not accept returns on any custom or made-to-order items.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.

Yes, standard items (not made to order) can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
